Yankton County FSA Office shows approximately 98 acres of cropland with the balance into hay meadows, grassland, slough, waterways.  Soil types vary on this farm with an overall productivity rating of 72% with nearly 100 acres of Claro-Bonilla loams with an 84% productivity rating.
