This tract is located from Freeman SD (Fensel’s Corner), go 8 miles west and ¾ North on west side of road.

 This tract consists of 39.35 acres (more or less) of unimproved farmland.  The FSA Office reports that this tract was all tillable except for approximately 5 acres of trees. The land lays basically level with waterway passing through it.  The predominate soil types are Prosper-Clarno Loam, Prosper-Stickney Complex, Tetonka Silt Loam, Clarno Loam and it has a soil productivity index rating of 79.8.  It currently has 11 acres in CRP grass.  The annual real estate taxes are $768.08.
