All Real Estate owned by Charles Mix County will be sold unreserved where the opening bid meets the reserve.  All property both improved and unimproved is being sold as-is where-is with absolutely no guarantees as to condition, correct boundaries or marketable title.  All parcels will be given a quit claim deed only by the Charles Mix County State’s Attorney.  No surveys will be provided and all maps/pictures do not guarantee the correct boundaries.  All parcels will be a cash sale with 100% of the price due the day of the auction at the Charles Mix County Courthouse.  Possession will be granted at closing.  Auctioneers are representing the sellers in these transactions.
