Beginning immediately, we will be requiring all firearm purchases to go through a licensed FFL.  While we are exploring our options for the future, the process for the December 27^th sale will be as follows:

1.  Sale will continue and end on December 27 as scheduled.
2. Customers that purchase guns will be required to pay for them as normal which includes cash, check or credit card w/3% fee.
3. Customers that need guns shipped process will not change.  $50 will be added to your invoice and once you provide us with a copy of your FFL it will be sent to your local FFL.
4. Upon payment, customers will be given a choice of local FFL licencees where we will physically deliver their firearm to approx. 10 days to 2 weeks after the sale date.  All firearms must be settled for in 7-10 days after sale as we only have to make 1 delivery. 
   1. NO GUN LEAVES THIS FACILITY AT TIME OF PAYMENT
      1. Only exceptions are air rifles and blackpowder rifles
   2. The customer will notify us at the time of payment, which licensed FFL dealer they want their gun delivered to.  There will be no extra fee for the delivery or transfer.  The purchase price + the 10% buyer’s premium on this particular auction remain the same.

1. Once delivered to the customer’s FFL of their choice (it must be from our list unless previous arrangements are made), the customer will pick it up there and will be required to fill out and pass the ATF form 4473.
